Mercy row of never: Or A discourse wherein it is clearly demonstrated from scripture, reason, the example of all civiliz'd nations, and the judgement of the best lawyers and politicians, (especially the famous Grotius in his renown'd book, of the laws of peace and war) that the showing mercy to our present distres'd brethern, is a duty indispensable, and supreminent to all humane laws.
