The last in a three part series in which we meet up with the children of earlier series as they approach ten years old. In this part we see Zoe have surgery on her right arm, Emily learns to cope with her new found independence following surgery to enable her to stop wearing nappies and Shelbie is admitted to hospital as her health takes a turn for the worse.
