Volume showing quarterly payments made to former staff receiving a pension. Information contained includes amount paid quarterly, name and address of pensioner, former position on staff, date of birth, date of entering service, date of retirement, age on retirement, length of service, cash salary, value of emoluments, annual pension, date recorded in Minutes, date pension commenced/ceased and additional remarks. On pages 102-104 further entries are made relating to gratuities paid to staff who had resigned or relatives of a staff member in recognition of service. Information contained includes position on staff, name, gratuity amount, date of birth, date of entering service, date of resignation, length of service, cash salary, value of emoluments, date recorded in Minutes, reason for resignation and additional remarks.
