About this work

Description

Papers pertaining to the standards of Occupational Therapy education.

There is a series of booklets entitled "Minimum Standards For The Education of Occupational Therapists". The scope of these seems to be to aid the establishment of educational programmes for Occupational Therapists and to serve as an international standard for the delivery of such programmes. There is also a printed copy of a PowerPoint presentation giving an overview of the standards.

Also included are a paper on "Internationally acceptable standards of Occupational Therapy Education" prepared by the education committee of the World Federation of Occupational Therapists, with a covering letter from Dorset House School of Occupational Therapy, 1970, and a report of a study of training occupational therapists in two USA universities, 1959-1960.

Two lists of approved Schools of Occupational Therapy, 1989, 1998 are included.
