    Penalty on Truftees not at¬ tending the dat¬ ed Meetings. The Trudees to lend out the money for raid¬ ing the capital. [ H ] that it {hall not be competent to elecft any perfon as Truftee but one of the Contri¬ butors ; and no election of a Truftee fhall be made but at a general meeting of the / Contributors, regularly warned by billets left at their refpedtive houfes, at leaft two days previous to the meeting. And Or¬ daining, as We Ordain, That if any Truftee {hail be abfent from a meeting to which he is regularly fummoned, he fhall forfeit and pay one fliilling to the Collec¬ tor, to be applied by him to the ufe of the fcheme, unlefs he {hall fatisfy the Truftees at their next or fome after meet- *• * ing, that his abfence was occafioned by indifpofition.
