Letter from Cassell & Company Ltd (12 March, 1946), who are revising their English Dictionary and would like a list of products with trade names, "anxious to avoid in any way infringing copyright or trade marks by including among my words products or articles with protected names." With copy reply (14 March) from George H Frazer (Patents and Trade Marks Officer), referring to "Tabloid" as the only trade mark that is likely to be wrongly included.
