Annual Reports

It appears that these were never published and that they were circulated to a small number of Trustees and staff only: some are marked 'confidential'. Until 1959 the reporting year was the calendar year. After this date, however, it conformed to 'The Foundation Year' and the reports run from Sep to Aug. From the mid-1950s they were illustrated with photographs, including many of the interior of the Museum and its displays.
