Notes

Catherine Randle moved to UK a few years back. Born in New Zealand to English parents she sees herself as a child of both countries. She is very interested in writing poetry and currently works freelance as a journalist with works published in both New Zealand and England. On the plinth (dressed as the Virgin Mary with a Queen Victoria crown on her head and an aqua marine gabardine cloak with a blue bodice over a white silk dress) she will be performing a scripted piece, which will be presented in four quarters and include a piece about her church, a piece about where she was born, poetry, a taekwondo pattern and interaction with the crowd.
