A form of prayer, To be used in all churches and chapels throughout the Kingdom of Ireland, upon Friday the twenty-eighth of February next, being the day appointed by proclamation for a general fast and humliation before Almighty God, to be observed in the most devout and solemn manner, by sending up our prayers and supplications to the divine majesty; for obtaining pardon of our sins, and for averting those heavy judgements which our manifold provocations have most justly deserved; and imploring his blessing and assistance on the arms of His Majesty by sea and land, and for restoring and perpecutating peace, safety, and prosperity to himself, and to his kingdom. By the special command of His Excellency the Lord Lieutenant.
