Description

Photographic prints, some captioned, including: x-ray spectrometer diffraction patterns; x-ray diffraction images; an x-ray camera in a laboratory; model and diagram of the DNA double helix. One x-ray diffraction print, numbered 363, is incorrectly captioned ‘Gosling/Franklin Plate 51 with silver camera with a specimen that had shown A’: according to the indexes to the Biophysics slides image 363 is of ‘Li DNA, showing the 20th layer line’, taken by Maurice Wilkins, Dec 1960.
