About this work

Description

Author's holograph MS. An unpublished and apparently unrecorded MS by Giberti who received his Doctorate in Medicine at Avignon in 1690, and after a stay in Paris, returned to his native town of Pernes in 1695 where he remained for the rest of his long life. At the end of the 'Table' the author has added 'achevé vers l'an 1706'. The enormous work on hygiene-the next entry in this Catalogue, is also holograph and unpublished. It is almost certainly of later date than the present MS. Produced in Pernes.
