Notes

Henrietta Norton comes London. She is a member of staff who has stood in at the last minute. She has been working on the project since February through Artichoke - the producers of the projects. Before that she was working as an Events Manager on different events and projects. On the plinth she will do nothing but sit and watch the square, maybe lying down.
