He should have told us whether these persons were inhabitants of the sea coast, and in what stage of phthisis they were when they undertook the journey; since the mere moving' inland might have had some share jn retarding the disease, and, if they were not far advanced in it, the journey might have been of service to them. It would have also been interesting to have known under what description of pulmonary consumption these pa- tients laboured. THE END.
