Notes

Christine Chapman comes from Keighley in West Yorkshire. She is going to raise awareness for the elderly in the UK. She was approached by Age Concern, the national charity to apply for the plinth and so her hour is very much about that. She is doing it for the charities Age Concern and Help the Aged and for the elderly of the UK. Will be addressed as a stereotypical old lady and will talk about the issues around care for the elderly in the UK. She is a College Lecturer in public health.
