Notes

Mark Dixon comes from St Helens near Liverpool. He survived the Hilsborough disaster twenty years ago. He recounted his own experience that afternoon and his disgust at the apparent cover up of what happened. On the plinth he will be raising awareness for the three groups campaigning for justice and for some accountability.
