Notebook used to record two different sets of research results relating to electron microscope images of DNA, entitled ‘E.M results on DNA and x-ray diffraction of nuclei and ribosomes (to Nov 61) by C D Curling and M Spencer’ [Claude Curling and Michael Spencer] and (in reverse side of volume) ‘light microscope records (or Nuclear isolation procedure from July 60-Nov 61) by M Spencer’. Volume also includes acetate slides of x-ray diffraction images, and prints and negatives of electron microscope images.
