Notes

Simon Mortimer from Cambridge. He is an art teacher who travels and works abroad a lot. On the plinth he will be riding his bike on the plinth, a bike that he purchased in India when he was working in Indonesia. He is doing for the experience to make the most of an opportunity and also to be able to tell his students that he was part of a Gormley work.
