Description

A woodblock printed album containing various black and white sketches by Aikawa Minwa (d.1821), who was one of the artists of the Rinpa revival of the early nineteenth century and published a number of illustrated books and albums. This was first published in 1819, but this copy was printed from the original blocks in 1834 by Hon’ya Kichibee of Osaka.
