Description
Folder compiled by Carol Churcher containing the results of automated sequencing experiments using the Applied Biosystems (ABI) DNA sequencer models 370A and 373A. The experiments date from 1 December 1988 to 24 January 1991. There is a cover sheet for each experiment, noting the primers and enzymes used plus additional comments, followed by printouts of the sequence data.
