David Graham comes from Liverpool. Has returned there recently after living in London for 15 years. Used to work with homeless people as a housing facilitator but has now become an art teacher in a secondary school. On the plinth he is going to exhibit the work of his pupils who are aged 13-14. Sending out paper planes with copies of his pupils' work and on the reverse address of school with a speech bubble asking the public to fill in with what would do on the plinth and return to the school.
