About this work

Description

Collection of verses. The attribution of these verses to French Laurence is tentative: they are written by several contemporary hands. This MS. was included in the same sales-lot as the 'Poems' by Edward Gardner [MS. No. 2471]. This contains some verses by Laurence in a similar style, transcribed by Gardner, who has written a notice of his schoolfellow Laurence as a preface.
