    To THE Chairman and Members of the Keswick Urban District Council Ladies and Gentlemen I have the honour to present my 8th Annual Report as Medical Olficer of Health to Keswick Urban District Council. The most outstanding event from a housing point of view was the occupation and settling in by the new tenants of the Derwent Close Flatlets. There were a few difficulties at first but on the whole the scheme has run smoothly and has served a very useful purpose. A fuller report on the scheme is contained in the report of the Surveyor. 1 would record my thanks to Mr. Lusher and to the Clerk and staff for their help and co-operation during the year.
