Notes

Neville Austin lives in St Albans but is originally from Liverpool. He is a retired academic who has a love for photography. Talks about the project and how he's not sure what to make of it. He didn't vote for this project when there were the various options to choose for the fourth plinth and he applied out of curiosity more than anything. On the plinth he will be taking photographs.
