A careful nurse will diligently attend to advice; therefore it is hoped that those who have occasion for this remedy will pay strict attention to the following directions: The cases, when first applied, should sit so close to the nipples, that they will not drop off; therefore, if the holes are too small, they may be pared with a pen-knife to the proper size.
