Containing more and more useful Matter, than has been published on this Head, at the cheapest Rate, for general Information; and, among other important Discoveries, a new Argument from the Maxims of Law, and the Constitution, apply'd to these Estates, and another on the Mortmain Act; with the Opinions of the best Lawyers: The Religion of a Briton by his Birth right, and the Tryal of Foreign or Reveal'd Religion and Jurisdiction before an English King and Legislature. With a new Decisive Dissertation, viz. A fair and final Challenge to Church-Governors, Teachers, and Believers, proved; insisting, from their own Principles, on more than what is called Mathematical Demonstration, as the only Criterion of Reveal'd Religion, Case of Conscience to Catholicks, Bishops, and Dissenters, and a Scientific Method to solve it for ever. Particularly Necessary for Gentlemen, Students in the Universities Scholars, Students and Professors of the Law, and the Mathematicians. Note, A Great Prelate has owned, there ought to be no persecution, and has invited all to examine his Religion.
