The French King's hue and cry after his lost fleet Paris November 15. Yesterday arrived an extraordinary courier with advice, that on the 12th instant, here came in a sloop laden with sugar that escap'd from which brings the following account viz. That on the 11th of October, His Majesty's fleet under the command of Monsieur Chateaurenaud, together with te Spanish plate fleet under his convoy, was attacked, surrendered in gallicia, who not content with his victory, us'd several barbarisms hostilities and indignities, in contempt of His Most Christian Majesty's honor and power. Upon which His Most Christian Majesty issued out the following declaration, by the King; a declarations.
