Wilkes, Mayor. A common-council holden in the chamber of the Guildhall of the city of London, on Friday the 23d day of June, 1775, and in the fifteenth year of the reign of King George the Third, of Great-Britain, &c. The right honourable the lord-mayor, having received a letter from the General Committee of Association, for the city and county of New-York, addressed to the right honourable the lord-mayor, the aldermen, and common-council, of the city of London, his lordship delivered the same into this court, and it was read as follows.
