These few rough draughts were drawn up, by a friend, for the convenience of the committee of the Protestant Association, in their debate, proposed for Wednesday next, the 23d of October, on the following resolution, relative to their approbation, or disapprobation of the conduct of the president, and the other gentlemen, who were appointed a deputation by them to manage and report that conference, viz. That the committee of the Protestant Association of London, Westminster, and the borough of Southwark, do approve of the conduct of their deputation in their conserence with the Earl of Shelburne;-and they do acknowledge their gratitude to them for their faithful discharge of duty on that occasion, in having bonne a public testimony of their zeal for the true Protestant religion.
