The gentleman's steward and tenants of manors instructed. Containing rational, easy, and familiar rules and tables for finding the value of estates of freehold, copyhold, or leasehold, as well on lives as for years absolute, &c. With an enquiry into the nature of the annual disbursements, precariousness of the tenure, and casualties, that estates are charged with, and how they are to be accounted for in the valuation.
