Cap. 3. whereby Contributors are ordered within a Month after Notice of the Death of their Nominees, to certify the same to the said Auditor; and within three Months after such Notice to deliver up their Tallies and Orders, or forfeit Ten Pounds to the use of the Prosecutor.
