The trial at large, between Campbell Craigg, Lessee of James Annesley, Esq; And others, plaintiff; and the Right Honourable Richard, Earl of Anglesey, defendant, before the Barons of His Majesty's Court of Exchequer in Ireland, began on Friday, Nov. 11. 1743, and continu'd adjournments to Friday the 25th of the said month: containing the speeches and arguments of the judges, and the pleadings of the councils on both sides. Together with the lord chief baron's and the other judges charges to the jury. Carefully taken in court, and revised by an eminent councellor concern'd in the cause. To which is prefix'd, some genuine memoirs of the life of the Honourable James Annesley, Esq; freed from all partiality and romance; being a necessary introduction to the said trial.

Tables calculating the weight of bottles exported with wine, &c. Tables of areas of ale, wine, malt, mash-tun, glass, and tallow. Tables for common brewers' tunning casks. Tables for victuallers' by-tubs. Ullage tables for spirit casks lying and standing, &c. &c. &c. Froms of informations to justice of the peace, respecting frauds, &c. Forms of summonses, executions, poindings, &c. Form of accounts of expences on seizures, with proper tables for calculating the same. Auctioneer and salary tables. Shewing what is to be observed and done by those who would qualify themselves for the excise. With forms of certificates, and an abridgement of general letters, penalties, &c. &c. &c.
