To which are added A Relation of the Nonsuit in the latter Cause at the Norfolk Assizes in August last; and a Report of the Argument thereupon in the Court of Common Pleas the Michaelmas Term following; and the Judgement of that Court, as delivered by the Lord Chief Justice, when the Nonsuit was set aside, and a new Trial granted.
