The laws of the province of South-Carolina, in two parts. The first part containing all the perpetual acts in force and use. With the titles of such acts as are repealed, expired or obsolete, placed in the order of time in which they passed. The second part containing al the temporary acts in force and use. To which is added the titles of all the private acts, and the two charters granted by King Charles II. to the Lords Proprietors of Carolina. And also the Act of Parliament for establishing an agreement with seven of the said Lords Proprietors for the surrender of their title and interest to His Majesty. Collected in two volumes.
