The answer of the envoy extraordinary, and the commissioner for trade of His Imperial Majesty, upon the paper which was communicated to them by the Right Honourable Mr. Harley, secretary of state, on the part of Her Majesty of Great Britain's council of trade, concerning the project of opening a new passage to the commerce, which Her Majesty's subjects carry on in the Levant, by the conveniency of the rivers of Germany and Hungary.
