The efficacy of courage in a good cause. A sermon preached in the cathedral church of St. Paul, before the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor, the Aldermen, Sheriffs, the Common Council of the City of London, the City Officers, the Honourable the Artillery Company, and the Temple Bar and St. Paul's District Military Association, on Thursday, the twenty-ninth of November, 1798, being the day appointed by His Majesty, to be observed as a general thanksgiving to almighty God for the late glorious victory obtained by His Majesty's ships of war, under the command of Rear Admiral Lord Nelson of the Nile, over the French fleet, and for other recent and signal successes.
