A catalogue of a most superb unique collection of ancient statues, bustos, bas-reliefs, urns and other antiquities, chiefly the workmanship of Grecian artists, Being the most remarkable Collection of this Kind ever exposed to Sale in England-These superb Antiquities were purchased by the Mess. Adam, during their Stay in Italy, from the most celebrated Collections of that Country; namely, that of the Vatican, Barbarini, Matei, Furietti, Massimi &c. &c. &c. Also a Catalogue Of a very Noble and Capital collection of pictures, By the greatest Masters of the Italian and Flemish Schools; And a singular and Beautiful-Collection of finish'd Drawings, fram'd and glaz'd; the most elegant Decoration for the Dressing-Rooms of the Ladies, and likewise for the Cabinets of the Virtuosi. Particulars and conditions of sale of a desirable freehold estate, most eligibly situate within three miles of truro, and about a quarter of a mile from the turnpike road leading from truro and Palmouth, both good market towns, in the county of Cornwall, called Killigonoon, consisting of a spacious substantial well-built stone mansion, double coach house, stabling for eleven horses, with convenient offices of every description faited to the mansion and the purposes of the harm, excellent kitchen garden II'alled, cropped, and planted, pleasure ground, lawn, bowling green, &c. Fish ponds well supplied with water, and stocked with carp, tench, trout, &c. Together with, by estimation, about one hundred acres of rich arable, meadow & pasture land, also an extensive common, &c. The house was built, and premises formed by the Late Richard Hussey, Esq; deceased. Particulars of a valuable and truly eligible freehold, and part copyhold estate, in the parishes of Leatherhead and Fetcham, in the most fertile and pleasant part of the county of Surry; Consisting of the celebrated and much admired villa, called Randalls, and sundry farms, lands, and tenements surrounding the same, and nearly in a ring fenced; divided, and in part bounded by the beautiful flow meanders of the river Mole; containing upwards of 900 acres of excellent land, about 330 acres of which is the finest meadow land in the kingdom. A valuable and extensive common right over Leatherhead and Fetcham commons. An almost exclusive right of fishery for trout, &c. for near three miles in the river from Leatherhead Bridge to Stokebridge part of which is in hand, and part much underlet on lease and at will to the following respectable tenants, viz.
