Shewing the Nature of the British Wool in its full Perfection, and its peculiar Goodness, exceeding all other Combing Wool, and the Advantages we may have from it; the Loss and Ruin it will infallibly bring to this Nation by being Run into Foreign Parts, and how and why it is Destructive: With the Rise and Progress of the Woollen Manufactories Abroad, occasion'd by its being Run. To which is annex'd, A Playcart or Proclamation, for Preserving the Woollen Manufactures in Flanders, publish'd in the Year 1731. Also an Address to the Parliament of Great-Britain, shewing the Advantage it is to the Landed Interest to keep our Wool at Home; with an Addition of several Facts of Wool and Yarn being seized, which have come to my Knowledge since the first Publication.
