The particulars of a capital and very valuable freehold estate, most desirably situate In a fine Sporting Part of the County of Leicester, Seven Miles from Grantham, Seven from Melton-Mowbray, and Twenty from the Town of Leicester; comprising The Reputed Manor or Lordship of Coston, and One Thousand, Four Hundred, and Ninety-Nine Acres, Three Rood, and Eleven Perch, be the same more or less, of ancient inclosed fertile Grazing Meadow and Arable Land. Subject to a small annual Payment in lieu of all Tythes, And divided into eligible Farms, lying compact, nearly within Ring Fences, and agreeably intersected by a Rivulet; With Dwelling-Houses, Barns, Stabling, and suitable Out-Buildings; A Water Corn Mill, and sundry small Messuages and Cottages; the whole let to Mess. Gilbert, Bullivant, & Richard Harris, as Joint Tenants at will; at very old rents, amounting to Nine Hundred and Fifteen Pounds per Annum; the yearly value upon a late survey, near Twelve Hundred Pounds: Which will be sold by Auction, By Mr. Skinner and Co. The particulars of a captial and very valuable freehold estate, Desirably situate in the parishes of Turvey, Newton, and Clifton, (seven miles from the town of Bedford, four from Olney, and eight from Newport Pagnel) in the counties of Bedford and Bucks; comprising the desirable manor of Turvey, co-extensive with the parish, and bounded by the river Ouse for near two miles, in which there is the sole right of fishery, the perpetual advowson and next presentation to the rectory of Turvey. Also the manor of Clifton, and nineteen eligible compact farms, containing three thousand five hundred and forty-three acres of fertile meadow, pasture, and arable land, all inclosed and well fenced, (except one hundred and sixty-five acres) with suitable farm houses and out-buildings, a water corn mill, three public houses, and sundry messuages; the whole let to unexceptionable good tenants, Messrs. Davison, Skevington, Battams, Jones, Rowe, Pearson, Sheffield, Lawrence, Fowler, Allebone, Manning, and others, the annual rental two thousand and forty-six pounds fourteen shillings. Which will be sold by auction, By Mr. Skinner and Co. on Wednesday the 22d of November, 1786, at twelve o'clock, at Garraway's Coffee-House, 'Change-Alley, London, In six lots.
