The particulars of a leasehold estate, situate in Grey Eagle Street, spitalfields; An improved rent of forty-three pounds Six Shillings per annum, issuing out of houses in Grey Eagle Street, and Black Eagle Street; a freehold estate, in Wilkie's Court, shoreditch; and three leasehold houses in Black Eagle Street: which will be sold by auction, by Mess.
