The parish church of St. Bride, having undergone a thorough repair, will be again opened for divine service, on Sunday, the 26th of June, 1796, When the following hymn will be sung by the charity children, after two sermons; that in the morning by Right Reverend Thomas Percy, lord bishop of Dromore, in Ireland; and that in the afternoon by the Rev. Weldon Champneys, M.A. precentor of Westminster Abbey, vicar of Langdon Hills, and lecturer of St. Bride's. Prayers to begin at eleven o'clock in the morning, and at half past three in the afternoon.
