Bartholomew songa of Warnford-Court, Throgmorton-Street, London, merchant, the claimant of the said ship, her tackle, apparel and furniture, as the true, lawful and sole property of James Bernhard Standaert of the city of Ghent, in flanders, merchant, a subject of His Imperial Majesty the Emperor of Germany, and also claimant of all and singular the goods, wares and merchandizes, laden and on board the said ship at the time of the capture, as the true, lawful and sole property of the said James Bernhard Standaert and others, imperial and neutral subjects, - - - - appellant.
