An address delivered general meeting of the nobility, gentry, clergy, and others, assessed to the county of Glocester, convened By the High-Sheriff, for the purpose of receiving a statement of the proceedings of the committee appointed to carry into execution the resolutions of the said county, to rebuild the gaol and bridrwells thereof;- and held on monday the 9th of July, 1792.
