The law of ejectments: shewing the nature of ejectione firme; the difference between it and trespass, and how to be brought or removed where the Lands lie in Franchises. In what Cases this Action lies, or not. Of the old Way of sealing Leases, and of the new Practice. Of confessing Lease, Entry, and Ouster. Of what Things Ejectione Firme lies, or not. Of Declarations in this Action. Of Venues, Issue, Trial. Where Bills, Answers, and Depositions, shall be read on a Trial, or not, in several good Resolutions. Together with the learning of special verdicts at large, relating to titles of land and estates, in several rules; and of Judgments, with their several Forms of Entries in Special Cases; and of Habere facias Possessionem, how to be exccuted; and in what Cases a new Habere facias Possessionem shall be granted. And Lastly, Of Erroneous Judgments, and Writs of Error, and several other Matters, all relating to Actions of Ejectments. The second edition. With additions of late rules of practice, and adjudg'd Cases; very necessary for all Lawyers, Attorneys, and other Persons, especially at the Assizes; &c.
