<p>"This is a mini zine filled with positivity, support, advice and information about recovering from an eating disorder   it is based on my own experiences and the things I have learnt that have been helpful for me. it includes some sciencey bits about what the body/calories/fat/weight really are which is helpful for seeing things in a more positive light. there's also lots about body image, body positivity and self love   it is all positive and pro recovery (and I have avoided using triggering language/images and anything else)."--From zinester's website.</p>
