Established in 1999 as part of a restructuring, comprising the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Council, the Treasurer, the Chief Executive, the Director of Finance and the Personnell Officer. The Group was established to deal with financial matters, receive reports from the Personnel Group and to take action on urgent matters arising between meetings.
