"In 2016 we published three issues of our 'Not a Bloody Luxury' zine in the run up to International Menstrual Hygiene Day (28th May). These zines aimed to create an open discourse around menstruation to fight the stigma (and prehistoric tax laws) which surround menstrual health [...] Obviously, a lot (and nothing at all) has changed since we made these zines but there's still been a continued interest in them online, so we're hoping this bumper issue will serve as an archive of the original three zines, and also talk a bit about what's happening now, what's next, and how to get involved."--From Introduction, pages 1 and 5.
