General Cunninghame, commander in chief, dated the 24th day of March, 1795, by virute of a warrent from His Excellency the Lord Lieutenant, general and General Governor of Ireland. In consequence of certain charges preferred under a Court of Enquiry, by the Royal Dublin Regiment of Militia, against Richard O'Meara, Esq. captain and adjutant of the said regiment.
