A catalogue of the collection of gold, silver, and copper, coins and medals; gems, books, manuscripts, and other curiosities; of a well-known collector: Which will be sold by auction, by Mr. Gerard, at his House, in Litchfield-Street, St. Anne's, Soho, on Thursday, the 2d, and Friday, the 3d, of March, 1780. To be viewed on Wednesday, the 1st, and each day till the time of sale; which will begin at half an hour after eleven o'clock precisely. Catalogues to be had, gratis, at Mr. Gerard's aforesaid. A choice collection of books, the library of John Huson, Esq; Counsellor at Law, deceased. To be sold by auction at the Parliament House. The sale to begin on Thursday the 24th of this instant November, 1737. The books are neatly bound, and of the best editions. [A] catalogue of several curious figures of human anatomy in wax, taken from the life. With several other valuable preparations (the works of the Late Ingenious Mons. Denoune, of Paris, who was forty years in making these excellent emblems of nature) lately exhibited at Somerset-House, and in Cecil-Street, in the Strand, which will be sold by auction at the great room, formerly Mrs. Savage's India warehouse, over the New-Exchange in the Strand; on Tuesday the 11th of May, 1736. The said figures may be viewed at the place of sale by every person producing a catalogue; on Wendnesday the 5th, Thursday the 6th, Saturday the 8th, and Monday the 10th. Friday the 7th being reserved, when ladies only will be admitted. Catalogues to be had at Mr. Cock's in the Piazza, Covent Garden, at One Shilling each, and at the place of sale. Mr. Cock begs leave to acquaint the curious, that his selling a price to the catalogue, proceeds from no other molive, than thereby to oblige the publick, by putting a check on such, who otherwise would claim the same right of coming in gratis.
