A catalogue of the valuable collection of pictures of the celebrated Mr. Piterus Andreas Risbrack, painter deceased; consisting of several pictures of his own work, besides others of the following great masters; as, Rembrandt Mola Poussin Francisque Lafosse Bergham Baptiste Bankhuysen Old White Guido Vandeest Polembourgh Gilleman Correggio Loten with several others of the School of Rembrandt and Rubens, &c. Also some bronzes, busts, silver and copper medals, topaz and onyx rings; several plaisters, after antique, and other curiosities. Which will be sold by auction, by William Darres, at the Rose Tavern, the corner of Bridges-Street, Covent-Garden, next the Play-House, on Thursday next, the 21st and Friday 22d of May, 1752. A Catalogue of the rich furniture of the Right Honourable Earl of Cadogan, (deceas'd.) With the lease of his lordship's large Dwelling House, with two other houses adjoyning to it, with coach-houses and stables, and all manner of other conveniences. As likewise an excellent collection of pictures, by the most celebrated Italian and Flemish masters. Likewise, a large quantity of very curious wrought plate, (part of it double gilt) together with sundry choice, and valuable jewels, consisting of large brillants, and roses, of the first water. Which will be sold by auction, at his Lordships House in Piccadilly, on Tuesday the 14th February, 1726-7. The furniture, pictures, and plate, may be view'd at his Lordships House aforesaid, on Wednesday the 8th of February, and every day after till the hour of sale, which will begin precisely at eleven o' clock in the forenoon, and end at two in the afternoon. N.B. All the additional building and improvements made by his lordship, with the fine marble chimney pieces with brass covings; in the garden, a fine statue of the Grocian Venus in hard mettle gilt, with several flower pots ditto, iron pallisado's &c. brass locks, cesterns, ranges, with all other fixtures not mentioned in this catalogue, goes with the purchaser of the leases. The whole were absolutely the property of the late Marquis de la Luzerne, Ambassador from the Court of France to his Britannic Majesty, deceased; which (by order of the executor) will be sold by auction, by Messrs. Turner and Hutchins, on the premisses, the north side of Portman Square, on Monday, March the 5th, 1792, and the eleven following days, at twelve o'clock, (the 9th and 10th, and Sundays, excepted.)
