Describing The Number of Miles to each Town, and the Days and Hours when the Carriages set out from the Inns, &c. in and near London. With an account of The several Wharfs, Keys, and Stairs, where Goods and Passengers are usually received, and conveyed in Vessels, Barges, or Boats, to the different Parts of the Kingdom. Also, The Rates paid to Carmen for the Carriage of Goods: Together with their Orders and Ordinances, as settled by the Lord Mayor, &c. at a General Quarter Sessions of the Peace held at the Guildhall, London. The Whole useful to Gentlemen, and designed as an Assistant to Warehousemen and Shopkeepers, who send Bales or Parcels into the Country. To this edition are now added, the rates of hackney coaches, chairman, and waterman.
